Blaine Bergeson is a Certified Leadership Coach, Speaker, Trainer, Mentor, and Handwriting Analyst. He helps leaders that want to be more productive, have greater influence, improve their communication skills, and be more effective at resolving conflicts and motivating their team. He is passionate about helping individuals, teams, and leaders understand their gifts and superpowers through a unique set of assessments, coaching, and leadership development. He empowers and teaches individuals and leaders on how to first lead themselves and then turn outwards to be a. servant leader and lead others to greater fulfillment and higher performance. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, music, woodworking, and spending time with family. Blaine has been married to his sweetheart for 38 years, and they have raised has 8 children. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering Technology and an Executive MBA degree. |

I teach counselors and coaches career and business networking with Myers Briggs app using the Type framework and handwriting analysis. Outsource assessments with expert consulting & direct consumer consultations: MBTI, CPI, FIRO-B, TKI, Strong Interest Inventory, etc., plus HAPT or handwriting as projective test. I am in the business of helping people know themself. Clarity about personality leads to prosperity and feeling peace. Personality-Peace-Prosperity. I received a Master of Science in Education (MSEd) and Counseling Psychology in 1996 and became a LifeWorks Certified Coach (LCC) from the Atlanta LifeWorks School of Coaching 2009, and Certified Graphologist (CG) under the American Handwriting Analysis Foundation after practicing 30 years as a handwriting analyst. Also am associate member of the American Psychological Association, Division 24 and the British Institute of Graphologists. I have been an executive and psychological assessment consultant since 2010, having used handwriting analysis in business and career assessment since 1980. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) I used the projective assessment methods of handwriting analysis in private psychotherapy and with psychiatric teams until I retired as clinical director of two community mental health and substance abuse outpatient clinics in Western North Carolina. Also I used handwriting as therapy for remediation in problems of attention, motivation and emotional well-being, especially related to trauma and violence. Originally I was a career coach in Kansas City and Lawrence, Kansas, working with professionals, students and Native Americans (1980-96) and Atlanta (1996-2002). Kathleen Dickinson has been a Nevada activist since moving to Reno in 1986 and then to Las Vegas in 1999. She has worked on environmental isues, gun safety issues and youth prevention issues for a variety of coalitions and organizations including the Nevada Coalition for Suicide Prevention (NCSP). She was President of the Northern Nevada Zonta Chapter (1998) and President of the Nevada IGAS Chapter in Reno (1990s) and has been President of the League of Women Voters Las Vegas Valley (2005-2007). She has a bachelor's degree in psychology from George Mason University, has completed the American University Campaign Management Institute Program, as well as the Washington Representative Program at George Washington University. She was certified by IGAS in June 1988 and by AHAF in 2013. She was certified in Hypnotherapy in 1989.
